The Dunstan Crossing Community includes three separate Associations, each with an accompanying declaration. There is a Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions governing the entire Community, including the Condominium and a separate Homeowners Association for the single family homes. The Dunstan Crossing Master Association is responsible under the Master Covenants for improvements pertaining to the entire Community.
